Seven Hills Updated Dismissal Procedures

🐺 Seven Hills Families,

We are always looking for ways to make our campus systems safer, smoother, and more efficient for everyone. Beginning Monday, August 31, we will transition from a one-lane to a two-lane car rider dismissal process. Our goal is to significantly reduce the amount of time families spend in the car rider line.

🚗 Here’s What You Need to Know:

• The two inside lanes will be used for regular car rider pick-up.
• The outside/third lane will remain available for emergencies and special circumstances.
• Once you enter the loading zone, all cars must come to a complete stop.
• Staff will begin loading students with the outside lane, followed by the inside lane.
• Once all students are loaded, staff will direct cars to move forward one lane at a time, beginning with the outside lane.
• The next group of cars will then be directed to move forward and the process will repeat.
• If your child does not make it to the cone in time, or you need additional time to buckle your child, staff will direct you to turn on your hazard lights and pull forward to Cone 0.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we roll out this new system! Our goal is to make dismissal safer, faster, and more organized for our students, staff, and families.
